Awkward Noise Generators and Blueprints can be found tucked away in levels throughout the game. Noise Generators are more easily noticeable due to the sounds they produce, while blueprints can be easier to miss. Please see their respective articles for a list of levels where that collectible can be found.
The game immediately saves whenever you collect any of these items. You don’t have to collect it again if you die before completing the level, or if using level select, you can exit to the level select screen or main menu.
